Field Packaging Systems & Robotics Service Engineer

Your role

As a Service Engineer, you will ensure that automated packaging systems and robotic solutions operate smoothly at customer sites and in our production facilities. Your key responsibilities include:

• Installing, commissioning, and configuring automated packaging and robotic systems
• Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and automation systems
• Diagnosing and resolving technical issues, including PLC and robotics-related challenges
• Supporting system upgrades, improvements, and optimization projects
• Training and advising customers on safe and efficient machine operation
• Documenting service findings and sharing technical feedback with the team

You will start with standard service and maintenance tasks and progressively take on more complex automation and robotics projects as your expertise grows.

Your profile

• MBO/HBO degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• Hands-on experience as a Service Engineer, Field Technician, or Maintenance Engineer
• Strong interest in industrial machinery, automation, and robotics
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (mechanical/electrical)
• Fluent in English;
  Dutch at B1 level or willingness to learn is preferred
• Valid driver’s license (B)
• VCA certification or willingness to obtain
