Innolume is a leading provider of optoelectronic devices based on In Ga As /GaAs quantum-well and quantum-dot technologies, covering a wavelength range from 780 nm to 1350 nm. Our company specializes in the development of customized photonic devices tailored precisely to our customers' requirements.

We are proud to have been among the first companies to successfully commercialize quantum-dot semiconductor devices and have since developed leading quantum-well laser technologies that reinforce our position at the forefront of photonics innovation. With our two MBE reactors, we support the epitaxial growth of In, Al, Ga, and AsP/GaAs heterostructures, ensuring flexibility and sustainability for both development and volume production.

As part of our continued international growth and the further development of Innolume B.V., we are looking for an experienced Head of Finance, Administration & Group Treasury (f/m/d) to join our team at the High Tech Campus in Eindhoven. The position is based in the Netherlands and will be performed from our new Eindhoven location. Regular travel to our Dortmund location in Germany is required to ensure close collaboration across the Innolume organization.

The position combines overall responsibility for finance, administration, and group treasury with an active role in the strategic and organizational development of the business.

• Lead and further develop the finance, accounting, controlling, administration and group treasury functions.
• Act as a trusted business partner to the managing director and leadership team, providing financial insight and decision support for strategic and operational matters.
• Ensure transparent and reliable financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting and performance management.
• Further professionalize Group Treasury, including cash management, liquidity planning, cash forecasting and financial risk management.
• Develop sustainable financing strategies and maintain strong relationships with banks and other financing partners.
• Support investment decisions, financing activities and strategic growth initiatives with robust financial analysis.
• Strengthen governance, compliance, internal controls and administrative processes appropriate for an internationally growing technology company.
• Drive process optimization, clear accountability and scalable structures across the finance and administrative organization.
• Develop Finance into a value-creating strategic business partner for management and operating functions.
• Lead, develop and empower the finance and administration team and foster a culture of accountability, transparency and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate closely with management and cross-functional teams across the international Innolume organization.
• Contribute actively to the long-term organizational and strategic development of Innolume.

• University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a comparable discipline.
• Substantial professional and leadership experience in senior finance roles, ideally within an international industrial or technology company.
• Strong experience across Finance, Accounting and Controlling, with solid knowledge of Group Treasury.
• Proven expertise in financial planning, liquidity management, cash forecasting, corporate financing and banking relationships.
• Sound knowledge of governance, compliance, internal controls and financial risk management.
• Experience in process optimization and organizational development combined with strong commercial judgement.
• Experience in entrepreneurial, mid-sized organizations with short decision-making paths is considered an advantage.
