The Job
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail‑oriented Patient Research & Support employee to assist with patient engagement and support initiatives. This role is ideal for students, recent graduates and part‑time employment interested in healthcare, medical research, or patient advocacy. The employee will gain hands‑on experience in patient interaction, data analysis, and the impact of sleep diagnostics on patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities – What you will do- Communicate with patients to provide guidance on the diagnostic process, answer questions, and ensure a smooth experience.
- Assist in developing patient education materials and support resources.
- Collect and analyse patient feedback to improve the company’s services and product offerings.
- Collaborate with the clinical and operations teams to refine patient support protocols.
- Provide administrative support related to patient outreach, documentation, and follow‑ups.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and empathy skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive patient information with professionalism and discretion.
- Interest in sleep health, diagnostics, or telemedicine.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and data entry tools.
Prior experience in healthcare or customer service is a plus but not required.
