Een zorgorganisatie in Eindhoven zoekt een verpleegkundige voor de thuiszorg. In een zelforganiserend team werk je zelfstandig en bied je curatieve en palliatieve zorg aan cliënten thuis. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen van zorgplannen en coördineert de zorg voor een kleine cliëntenkring. Je krijgt ondersteuning van een Wijkserviceteam en hebt de mogelijkheid tot scholing en specialisatie. Het bruto salaris ligt tussen de €3.050,60 en €4.102,26 voor een 36-urige werkweek.
