Clinical Application Specialist

As a Clinical Application Specialist, you will help healthcare professionals unlock the full potential of Philips Ultrasound systems in the General Imaging segment. By training and supporting users across The Netherlands, you will ensure they can deliver the best possible care to their patients.

• Demonstrating Philips Ultrasound systems at customer sites, events and seminars, to help customers to understand the advantages of Philips Ultrasound equipment and solutions in their daily operation and workflows.
• Performing after sales installation training and education, to maximize customer awareness and understanding of their (new) Philips Ultrasound systems;
• Work closely with the Account Manager on lead generation by understanding the customer needs to maximize sales and customer satisfaction;
• Maintain customer relationships and monitoring the use of Philips installed base, by regular contact with the users, in order to improve the workflow and maximize customer satisfaction;
• Developing and executing educational program for the users, in order to maximize the knowledge of the user with regard to the operation of the system and choice of functions in light of the specific clinical applications;
• Cooperating with support department and effectively manage demo equipment;
• Cooperating with product management for feedback on products;
• Providing customer feedback using the Philips customer feedback process.

• A clinical background in Radiology and proven experience in Ultrasound.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Solid knowledge or proven experience with hospital and healthcare structures.
• Fluency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.

Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
