Lunet in Eindhoven zoekt een coördinerend begeleider die teams versterkt en cliënten echt ziet. Je houdt het overzicht op de woning en ondersteunt collega's in hun ontwikkeling om veilige en warme zorg te bieden.
Je werkt nauw samen met het team en bent actief in de zorg, met taken variërend van coaching van medewerkers tot het realiseren van doelen voor cliënten. Een VOG is vereist.
Het aanbod omvat een vast contract, aantrekkelijk salaris naar CAO en secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden gericht op groei.
