You are stress-resistant, able to manage multiple priorities, and maintain accuracy in a dynamic environment.

You have a strong focus on customer satisfaction and can build lasting relationships with colleagues across departments and disciplines.

• Support internal stakeholders
• Contribute to financial and administrative process
• Help to ensure efficient and compliant business operations
• Work effectively and efficiently within a complex matrix organization, in an environment where priority changes occur
• Work on process improvement activities with the team and maintain work instructions
• Be compliant with standard Medtronic policies, quality & regulatory procedures, Environment Health Safety & Security rules, Code of Conduct, Household Rules and Core Behaviours

• Bachelor’s degree level education or at least 3 years of experience in a supporting role or similar
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English, written and spoken
• Organizational skills
• Computer literacy (MS-Office)
• SAP experience

• This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).
