GGzE in Eindhoven zoekt een verpleegkundig specialist ggz om samen met een betrokken team herstel en veerkracht bij cliënten te realiseren. Je werkt dichtbij de cliënt, voert diagnostiek en behandeling uit en speelt een sleutelrol in farmacotherapie en casusbesprekingen.
Je werkt in gebiedsteams Woensel Zuid-West, Oost, Noord-Ontginning en Acht-Aanschot, ambulant en huisbezoeken, met partners zoals huisartsen en wijkteams.
