AI Security Risk Officer
As AI Security Risk Officer within the Global Information Security (GIS) team, you will focus on AI specific security risks across the organization. This will be done in collaboration with members of the GIS team, Information Security Officers in the domains ( regions, corporate functions and enterprise platforms) , Security Analysts in the Security Operations Center (SOC), as well as other security and risk SMEs within DLL.
This role will support GIS in ensuring that AI security risk management practices are uniformly and appropriately incorporated into DLL.

Day to day:
The AI Security Risk Officer fulfills the following tasks:
- Create AI security risk awareness across the security community, in close cooperation with the security awareness lead.
- Identify and assess global AI security risks (a.o. through regular key risk assessments).
- Create and maintain AI security risk guidelines/practices.
- Participate in the creation of an AI security risk management framework (joint effort with security governance team).
- Support, advise and independently challenge the execution of AI security risk management practices across the organization.
- Constructively engage with and act as a subject matter expert (SME) on AI security risk management for the GIS, ISOs, SOC, as well as other security and risk SMEs within DLL.
- Continuously improve AI security risk management practices in the organization. This includes updating existing AI security risk management processes and procedures as well as driving their implementation.
- Establish reports and dashboards to measure and monitor AI security risk practices of the organization.
- Continuously monitor AI trends across the organization as well as the evolving AI threat landscape to anticipate and plan for future impact of AI security risk to DLL.
- Stay updated on the latest AI security threats, trends and technologies.

Education, Training & Previous Experience Requirements
- Bachelor/Master AI, Cyber Security and/or Computing Science
- AI related certifications (eg. CAISP, AAISM)
- Ambition to work in a global organization
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skill
Technical and Business Experience Requirements
- Experience with AI security risk assessment, monitoring and advice
- Experience with AI security frameworks and methodologies, such as OWASP LLM, NIST AI Risk Management Framework, MITRE Atlas
Knowledge and Skills Requirements
- Strong communicator and storyteller (active listener, constructive feedback, assertive, adaptive, conflict resolution)
- Demonstrates an ability to challenge, and manage choices
- Strong problem-solving and trouble-shooting skills
- Aptitude for understanding internal organizational environments and their relationship to the external business environment and risks
- Able to effectively analyze risk and review such analysis within the context of business problems
- Strong ability to convey complex security risks in a manner that is easily understood and actionable
- Ability to constructively challenge prevailing thoughts and processes
- Able to consistently, effectively defend ideas and solutions
- Ability to measure and report on the effectiveness of security risk management program
- Ability to translate security objectives into security risk management policies and procedures
