Werken in de Kempen zoekt een Customer Supportmedewerker in Eindhoven om bij te dragen aan betere mentale zorg in Nederland. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beantwoorden van supportvragen en het begeleiden van gebruikers van ons platform.
Je brengt minstens 2 jaar relevante ervaring mee en je bent digitaal vaardig. Je kunt zelfstandig werken en denkt actief mee over slimmere processen. Het salaris ligt tussen de € 2.700 en € 3.900 bruto, afhankelijk van ervaring, en er zijn volop ontwikkelingsmogelijkheden.
