Teamcenter Workspace Lead

As a Teamcenter Active Workspace Lead, you will:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of Siemens Teamcenter Active Workspace solutions
• Translate business and functional requirements into technical design documentation and implementation plans
• Configure and customize the Active Workspace (AWC) Declarative UI framework using JSON-based view models and HTML templates
• Design and manage Teamcenter data models using BMIDE including Naming Rules, Deep Copy Rules, and Display Rules
• Ensure seamless integration between Teamcenter backend configurations and Active Workspace user experience
• Manage deployment activities using Deployment Center and support environment management processes
• Collaborate with business process analysts, architects, and development teams to deliver scalable PLM solutions
• Support solution enhancements, troubleshooting, and optimization activities across Teamcenter environments
• Drive best practices for Teamcenter customization, configuration, and deployment standards
• Participate in technical discussions, architecture reviews, and implementation planning
• Create and maintain technical documentation, configuration guides, and deployment procedures

• 8–10 years of experience with Siemens Teamcenter
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in Teamcenter Active Workspace implementations
• Strong expertise in the Active Workspace Declarative UI framework
• Advanced knowledge of BMIDE and Teamcenter data modeling concepts
• Experience with JSON-based view models and HTML template customization
• Strong understanding of Teamcenter deployment and environment management processes
• Experience creating technical design documentation from business requirements
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving capabilities in PLM environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
• Ability to work closely with functional, business, and technical teams
