Senior Information Technology Support Engineer

Join us as a Senior IT Support Engineer, and lead the evolution of our back-office architecture and day-to-day operations. You’ll drive innovation and reliability across our core back-office systems and network environments. Your efforts will directly impact the day-to-day operations, security, and performance of our back-office architecture, supporting critical services and systems.

As a Senior IT Support Engineer, you will oversee the design, implementation, and management of our back-office technologies, including hardware, software, networks and systems. You’ll provide both strategic direction and hands-on guidance, ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our systems. This role combines technical expertise with stakeholder management.

• 5+ years in IT roles.
• Hands-on experience with back-office systems, including CRM, MDM, HRMS, SSE, SASE.
• Proven work experience in high-security environments.

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies (e.g., AD, Office 365).
• Proficiency in managing, observing & monitoring endpoint management platforms.
• Solid understanding of CRM solutions.
• Deep expertise in office networks.
• Experience with incident management, problem resolution.
• Knowledge of ISO
  27001 (access control and identity management, incident response, endpoint security, network security, application security, data protection and encryption).

• Experience with configuring SASE solutions.
• Familiarity with network detection and response systems.
• ITIL/COBIT/CITM/CGEIT/CISSP certification.
