Vitalis Residential Care Group in Eindhoven zoekt een Medewerker Servicedesk ICT. Je bent het centrale aanspreekpunt voor ICT-vragen van medewerkers en biedt ondersteuning bij het oplossen van technische problemen.
Met een MBO-4 diploma en ervaring met ITIL-processen en Topdesk ben je verantwoordelijk voor het afhandelen van eerste lijns calls en het rapporteren van ticketaantallen. Salaris bedraagt tussen de € 2.811,51 en € 3.864,43 per maand.
