We are looking for an experienced
Service Now Consultant
to develop, configure, and implement Service Now solutions tailored to customer requirements. The role requires strong expertise in
Service Now platform capabilities
, development, integrations, and
Security Operations (Sec Ops) modules
including
Security Incident Response and Vulnerability Response
.

The consultant will work closely with stakeholders to
translate business needs into scalable architectural solutions
, design high-quality applications, and deliver solutions in an
Agile/Scrum environment
.

• Develop and implement new Service Now applications and integrations from initiation to completion, tailored to customer requirements.
• Develop workflows and scripts to personalize existing Service Now applications and automate business processes.

• Understand detailed requirements and own your code from design, implementation, test automation, and delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Design high-quality features and consider how applications and solutions will evolve in the future.

• Solve complex problems in a highly dynamic and agile environment.
• Maintain a strong focus on code quality and reusability.

• Hands-on experience configuring and developing Service Now Sec Ops modules.

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in relevant roles.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of working experience with Service Now modules including:
• Security Incident Response
• Vulnerability Response
• Minimum 5 years experience with Service Now application development.
• 4 to 5 years of development experience creating simple/complex customer-facing web or mobile applications is a plus.
• Expert-level understanding of the Service Now Platform and its capabilities.

• Understanding business needs and standardizing processes into solution design.
• Ability to transform customer requirements into high-level architectural solutions or supporting models.
• Good understanding of:
• Service-oriented architecture
• Software application architecture
• Consulting customers on these topics.
• Web services, SOAP, REST. WSDL , XML
• Data structures, Algorithms, Object-oriented design, Design patterns, Performance and scale considerations
• Familiarity with Scrum and Agile development methodologies.
• Ability to lead small project teams is a plus.

• Service Now Admin Certification
• Certified Service Now Implementation Specialist in SIR and VRSN
