IT Consultant, Systems Analyst

As a technical specialist, you will play a key role in supporting and advising our internal customers. You combine in-depth technical experience with an advising role towards the customer and a supporting and coaching role towards your peers.
TheChallenge
Translate business needs into technical specifications and collaborate with functional IT teams to deliver effective solutions. Configure, build, integrate, and optimize processes within S/4
HANA. End responsible for the technical quality of custom SAP solutions. Safeguarding architectural decisions, code standards and delivery within the development lifecycle. Ensure seamless integration with peripheral systems. Participate in the full IT development lifecycle: design, configuration, development, testing, and deployment. Contribute to large and complex ERP projects, ensuring quality, consistency, and alignment with business requirements. Apply ITIL best practices to maintain and improve IT services and processes.
Facilitate business process design sessions and document processes using BPMN or similar methodologies. Develop and implement improvements to strengthen IT process controls and system security. Collaborate with multiple stakeholders across functions and manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience as an SAP Technical Consultant in ABAP development and support in SAP ECC or S/4
HANA - Experience with SAP ECC or S/4
HANA implementation and configuration - Experience in integration with other applications and external platforms (e.g. SAP BTP)
- Technical knowledge of ABAP on HANA, CDS, BRF+, RAP, Adobe Forms, BPA, Fiori and OData is a plus
- Understanding of IT development lifecycle methodologies and ITIL best practices
- Experience with process modeling (BPMN, EPC, BPEL)
- Proven experience working on complex enterprise or ERP projects
- Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems
- Ability to manage stakeholders and work both independently and in teams
- High customer orientation with excellent communication skills
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or Scrum is a plus
- Ability to work in a structured way while safeguarding quality
