Ratho B.V. zoekt een ervaren IT-architect/consultant om een nieuwe unit vanaf nul op te bouwen. Je bepaalt strategie, identificeert automatiseringskansen en implementeert RPA- en AI-oplossingen bij klanten. Je leidt een klein team en begeleidt klantgesprekken van requirements tot adoptie.
De rol vereist 5–8 jaar IT-ervaring, met 3 jaar in automation/RPA, en stevige Microsoft-stack-kennis. Je werkt nauw samen met de oprichter en commercie om standaardpakketten te ontwikkelen en impact te leveren.
