• Leads complex, high-impact IT projects with broad technical and business scope
• Manages interdependencies across multiple projects, systems or domains
• Ensures robust planning, risk management and execution in complex environments
• Engages with senior stakeholders to manage expectations, priorities and delivery outcomes
• Resolves complex issues by balancing technical, operational and business considerations
• Contributes tostandardisationandoptimisationof project management practices
• Provides guidance and informal coaching to less experienced project managers
• Ensures alignment of project outcomes with long-term system reliability and performance

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technologyor related field
• 7-10 years of experience in IT project management
• Strong understanding of complex IT environments (infrastructure, systems integration, platforms)
• Proven experience delivering large-scale or business-critical projects
• Advanced stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Strong experience with project governance and delivery frameworks
• Ability to manage complexity and ambiguity across stakeholders and environments
• Fluent in English

• Collaboration: Works across teams, functions and locations to align stakeholders and drive successful delivery.
