Are you interested in further expanding our lighting business as a Demand Planner?

Then you might just be the person we are looking for! At OPPLE Lighting B.V., you'll play a pivotal role in shaping product availability across Europe. As our Demand Planner, you'll combine data, market insights, and cross-functional collaboration to drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and optimize inventory performance.

What are you going to do?

Demand Planning

  • Own the end-to-end demand forecasting process for Europe
  • Transform market intelligence and commercial insights into accurate and actionable demand plans.
  • Identify risks and opportunities and drive continuous forecast improvement

Drive Business Alignment

  • Facilitate demand review meetings within the S&OP process
  • Drive forecast consensus across Sales and Supply Chain, and other stakeholders
  • Translate data and analysis into actionable business recommendations

Inventory & Portfolio Management

  • Partner with Supply Planning and SKD Planning to balance customer service, inventory investment, and business growth
  • Support inventory optimization and stock health initiatives
  • Manage planning activities for new product introductions and product phase-outs
  • Identify excess stock, inventory risks, and obsolescence opportunities

Analytics & Continuous Improvement

  • Analyze sales performance, market trends, and portfolio performance
  • Develop meaningful reports, dashboards, and planning insights
  • Contribute to planning process improvements and digital transformation initiatives

You are an analytical and commercially minded professional who enjoys turning data into actionable insights. While you feel comfortable working with complex datasets and planning tools, you are equally skilled at building relationships and collaborating with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Finance, and Supply Chain. You are naturally curious, proactive, and continuously looking for opportunities to improve processes, performance, and customer satisfaction.

Essential Skills

  • Bachelor degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in Demand Planning, Forecasting, Supply Chain Planning, or Inventory Management
  • Experience working in an international and fast-paced business environment
  • Strong understanding of forecasting methodologies, inventory management, and S&OP processes
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with SAP and planning systems
  • Fluent English communication skills. Mandarin is a plus
