Combinatie Jeugdzorg zoekt een Specialist Vastgoed & Facilitair Beheer die verantwoordelijk is voor het facilitaire beheer van twintig locaties. Je coördineert, beheert en optimaliseert technische en gebouwgebonden facilitaire dienstverlening, met aandacht voor veiligheid, regelgeving en duurzaamheid.
Je werkt in een compact Facilitair team met ruimte voor eigen invulling, en werkt nauw samen met zorgcollega’s en huismeesters op hoofdlocaties in Eindhoven, Veldhoven en Helmond.
