We are seeking a hands‑on and experienced Project manager (4-5 days) t to lead multidisciplinary medical device development projects from concept through commercialization. In this role, you will coordinate engineering, quality and clinical teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with applicable medical device regulations.

As our Project manager,youwill work closely with theCEO,CTOanddevelopment teamtodevelophardware andsoftwarepropositions.

You’llshape the future of dynamic ultrasound by:

• Create andmaintainintegral company and project plans, budgets, timelines, and risk registers.
• Coordinatea multidisciplinary team including R&D,Quality assurance, Regulatory Affairs and Clinical Affairs.
• Leadand support
  
  Scrum team, acting as Scrum master.
• Monitor project progress and proactively address risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Facilitate project meetings, design reviews, and stakeholder communications.
• Support design control activities, verification and validation planning, and product launch preparations.
• Report project status, milestones, and budget performance to management.
• Drive continuous improvement of project management processes and tools.
• Working closely withkeystakeholders and partners

We’re looking for a pro‑active project manager with a n entrepreneurial mindset.

• Degree in(Software)
  Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Project Management, or a related field.
• 3-7 years of project management experience in ahighlyregulated industry.
  
  Experience with leading multi-disciplinary teams and project managementofsoftware development isa must.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge ofmedical device development processes.
• Understanding of Design Controls, ISO 13485, IEC 62304, and/or EU MDR is an advantage.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Excel/MS Project/MS Planner, Jira, or similar.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or comparable certification is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
  
  Dutch is aplus.
