Role Overview
As a Cleanroom Cleaning Operator
, you will perform cleaning tasks in a cleanroom environment, ensuring that the workspace and components meet high hygiene and quality standards. The work is practical and repetitive, requiring precision, strict compliance with procedures, and strong attention to detail. You will become part of a small and experienced team. You will work in a two-shift system from Monday to Friday: 06:00 – 15:00 and 15:00 – 00:00.
- Perform cleaning tasks in a cleanroom environment according to defined instructions and planning
- Carry out wet cleaning of surfaces, equipment, and sensitive components
- Correctly use specific cleaning products, including alcohol-based solutions
- Strictly follow hygiene, quality, and contamination control procedures
- Work according to strict cleanroom regulations and controlled-environment standards
- Use specific protective clothing and equipment (cleanroom suit, gloves, mask, etc.)
- Complete simple task registrations and process control documentation
- Keep the workplace clean, organized, and compliant with regulations
- Collaborate with the team to ensure process efficiency and quality
- English level B1 minimum (mandatory)
- Experience in a production environment, industrial cleaning, or similar roles (preferred)
- Ability to work accurately, in a disciplined manner, and with attention to detail
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks and working in a highly controlled environment
- Availability to work in a two-shift system
- Physically capable of performing manual tasks (lifting, bending, standing for long periods)
- Comfortable using cleaning products, including alcohol-based solutions
- Comfortable wearing full cleanroom clothing during shifts
- Ability to follow strict instructions and procedures
- Team-oriented mindset and responsible attitude
- Driving license is preferred
- European Union citizenship (mandatory)
- Gross salary: €14.84 per hour + 18% shift allowance
- Weekly net income: approximately €480 – €500, according to Dutch labor legislation
- Full-time contract with long-term opportunities
- Overtime possibilities for additional income
- Weekly payment, including pension accrual from day one
- 25 vacation days per year (20 paid vacation days + 5 paid weekly with salary)
- 8% holiday allowance paid weekly with salary
- Certified and clean accommodation with a private room
- Daily transport from accommodation to work and back provided
- Accommodation located close to shops, public transport, and the workplace
