As a Shift Leader Logistics, you help build and lead a new logistics team in our Service Center. You work with your team to make sure all materials are moved, stored, and prepared in the right way. Your team supports cleanroom production, so working safely and clean is very important.
Your daily tasks- Lead, coach, and help your team with daily work
- Make sure all materials are handled correctly: inbound, outbound, stock, staging, documentation
- Give clear instructions and short team meetings before and after shifts
- Work together with other Shift Leaders and departments like Production, Planning, and Quality
- Check safety, quality, and 5S standards and take action when needed
- Help with planning, onboarding new people, evaluations, improvement ideas, and solving problems
