Working in this department means being involved in the entire production process, from the initial print to the finished product ready for shipment. Teamwork and clear communication are key, ensuring that every print is perfect before moving on to the next stage.
FunctionAs a Quality Control Employee, you are responsible for the final inspection before products are shipped. You carefully check orders according to established procedures and ensure that products meet the required quality standards. You then prepare shipments for dispatch, ensuring they arrive at the customer on time.
You will be working in an environment where products often need to be processed and shipped within a single day. Therefore, it is important that you maintain a high level of accuracy, even during busy periods. Daily production targets provide direction for your work, and you know how to combine quality with an efficient work pace.
Together with your colleagues, you will help ensure that production and shipping processes run smoothly. During your one- to two-week onboarding period, an experienced colleague will guide you through a buddy system, allowing you to quickly familiarize yourself with the tasks and processes.
Job RequirementsWhat do we expect from you?
- You work accurately and have a keen eye for detail;
- You are able to combine quality with a high work pace;
- You carefully follow work processes and procedures.;
- You can maintain focus and concentration for extended periods;
- You are available to work day shifts from 7:00 AM or 8:00 AM until 3:00 PM or 4:00 PM.;
- During peak periods (weeks 45 through
2), you are willing to work a two-shift system: 6:00 AM–2:00 PM or 2:00 PM–10:00 PM.; - You have a good command of the English language, as English is the primary working language within the organization.
What can you expect?
- A gross hourly wage of €14.92 with no relevant experience, or €15.62 if you have relevant work experience;
- A 25% shift allowance for hours worked between 6:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.;
- A 50% shift allowance for hours worked between 8:00 p.m. and midnight;
- An average workweek of 32 to 36 hours;
- Opportunities to work additional hours during busy periods and occasionally on Saturdays.;
- A comprehensive onboarding period with guidance from an experienced colleague;
