Frencken Group is seeking a seasoned Change & Lean transformation lead for its Frencken Mechatronics unit in the Netherlands. You will drive a site-wide Lean roadmap, coach leaders, and lead cross-functional improvement projects on high-tech assembly environments.
You will apply DMAIC, VSM and other problem-solving techniques to reduce waste, improve uptime and deliver measurable performance gains. Dutch language is a plus;
English required.
