Bachelor’s degree in engineering, robotics, or a relevant technical field, frequently paired with commercial/management training.
5+ years of experience in high-tech manufacturing
Experience in production technologies, assembly components and electronics
Managerial experience
Fluent Dutch
Key responsibilities   Translating engineering designs and prototypes into scalable, high-volume, and production-ready manufacturing workflows.
Leading, motivating, and training production staff.
Maintaining and developing manufacturing and QA documentation, and strictly ensuring adherence to GMP/compliance standards.
Working directly with R&D, Supply Chain, and Quality Control to ensure a smooth technical lifecycle from the product roadmap to delivery
