What you will do As a technical expert on the shop floor, no two days are exactly the same. In a nutshell, you will:
Assemble complex modules, subsystems, and high-tech cabinet systems independently.
Interpret and work accurately from detailed technical drawings, documentation, and work instructions.
Perform advanced testing and inspection activities to guarantee the highest quality standards.
Diagnose assembly-related issues, identify root causes, and execute hands-on troubleshooting.
Contribute actively to process improvements and quality initiatives within your team.
Who you are We are looking for a precision-driven professional who enjoys sharing technical knowledge and solving problems. Furthermore, you bring:
An MBO Level 2, 3, or 4 degree in a technical field, OR at least 2 years of relevant hands-on experience in complex assembly or system integration.
Solid experience in reading technical documentation and drawings, combined with strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
Familiarity with testing, inspection, and quality processes, and the ability to support and guide colleagues on technical matters.
The willingness to work in a weekly 2-shift schedule (Morning shift: 06:00 - 14:15 / Afternoon shift: 14:15 – 23:00, with an early weekend start on Fridays at 20:30).
Good communication skills in English to thrive in our international environment.
