Overview

Medtronic is a global leader in healthcare technology. This role is for a Marketing Specialist for Peripheral Vascular Health (PVH) Be Ne Lux , focusing on driving market growth and therapy adoption through market insights, strategic campaigns, and cross-functional collaboration. Travel across Be Ne Lux  is expected, with potential travel to Western Europe. The position reports to the Business Manager Benelux.

• Analyze market dynamics, customer segments, and the competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities, unmet needs, and prioritization strategies aligned with Be Ne Lux , regional, and European direction.
• Contribute to product positioning, value proposition development, and clinical/economic messaging; support long-term market development initiatives such as therapy adoption, referral pathways, and innovation opportunities.
• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns, product launches, and go-to-market plans in partnership with sales and market development to drive adoption and revenue growth.
• Create and optimize sales enablement and marketing content, manage digital engagement activities, and use performance insights to continuously improve impact.
• Coordinate and support training, education programs, events, and trade shows, contributing to content and positioning for educational activities focused on clinical storytelling and therapy value.
• Act as a key interface across Sales, Market Development, European Marketing, Operations, and clinical teams to ensure alignment between strategic objectives and field execution, enabling collaboration and high-quality execution.

• 2–3 years of experience in marketing, product management, or commercial roles (Med Tech, healthcare, or similar preferred).
• Strong interest in healthcare innovation, clinical value, and market development.
• Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial, and eager to own projects and drive impact.
• Comfortable working in an international and matrix organization.
