Who are we?We are Bridge Polymers, a company that specializes in the distribution of plastic raw materials. Our warehouses are full of... Material! We sell this to our end customers for their manufacturing needs. On the other hand, we work with major petrochemical companies as our suppliers. Our main market focus is on selling polyethylene and polypropylene. Bridge Polymers operates in several countries, but the headquarters is based in the Netherlands.
The market we operate in is highly dynamic. Our company’s open, honest, and direct mindset helps us act quickly and efficiently, always staying informed about what’s happening in the market.
We’re looking for a creative and hands-on Content & Video Creator to support our social media (mainly Linked In) presence.
This is a hands-on, creative role where you will turn ideas and moments into engaging content. Ideal for students seeking a flexible, low-hour (4–5 hours/week) creative role in content and video creation.
What you will do:- Plan and execute a monthly content calendar (4-6 posts/month)
- Manage and publish content on Linked In (primary platform)
- Create engaging copy and visuals using Canva or similar tools
- Shoot photo and video content from:
Office life, Team activities, events - Edit short-form Linked In videos
- Transform raw footage into polished, engaging content
- Support employer branding initiatives through storytelling content
- Collect and coordinate user-generated content from employees
- Repurpose existing content into multiple formats (video, posts, snippets)
We care about creativity, initiative, and execution.
- Strong interest in content creation, social media, and storytelling
- Experience with Canva or similar design tools
- Understanding of what performs on Linked In
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
- Good eye for visuals, storytelling, and trends
- Reliability in meeting deadlines
- Already residing in Eindhoven area and eligible to work in the Netherlands
- Creative freedom within brand direction
- Flexible working hours (student-friendly)
- Part-time role requiring approximately 4-5 hours per week
