Working e base for talent discoverers.### Your impact as a Content Marketer / Creator
* You translate project goals and marketing challenges into content plans that align with different target audiences.
* You contribute to a strong and recognizable brand that is visible in the region and beyond.### This is what you will do as a Content Marketer / Creator
* You analyze complex communication and marketing issues and translate them into a clear content strategy with objective, target audience, core message, channels, formats, and measurable metrics.
* You develop creative concepts and campaigns that align with Summa's brand strategy and oversee the translation of the brand into language, imagery, story, and experience.
* You create content briefings, formats, and content calendars, and guide the execution by colleagues, creators, and external partners.
* You advise schools, departments, and colleagues on content choices regarding student recruitment, course communication, employer outreach, and reputation issues, among others.
* You contribute to content production for video, photography, social media, websites, and other online channels. You do not need to execute every part yourself, but you understand what is required to organize and assess quality. Experience and expertise in content creation is a plus.
* You test content against the brand, goal, and target audience. You use data, research, feedback, and evaluations to refine choices and demonstrably improve campaigns.
* You maintain an overview of multiple projects, organize the process, and connect colleagues from Marketing & Communications with the schools and external parties.
* You consciously leverage AI and new developments as a means to arrive at better insights, concepts, and productions faster, with an eye for quality, brand, and reliability.

As a Content Marketer / Creator, you will carry out your duties within the Marketing & Communications department. The team consists of approximately 30 marketing and communications professionals with diverse expertise. You will collaborate with content creators, editors, social advertising specialists, school business partners, and colleagues from other departments.
