Content & communications coordinator 28 - 32 hours

DAE is recruiting for a Content & Communications Coordinator – a pivotal role within an innovative and collaborative Communications, Presentations and Public Relations team that supports one of the world’s leading design schools. Within this dynamic environment, the coordinators’ role will be responding to andanticipatingthe characteristics of it's student body, prospective students and staff, unexpectedcircumstancesand new developments within Design Education.

Within this active job you will be responsible for strategizing, coordinating, and project managing campaigns and communications. Your role includes taking care of:

• Project managing and executing recruitment campaigns for new students, events campaigns and internal announcements among other operational projects;
• Content management. This includes coordination and planning of publications for the DAE website, posts on social media, press, E-mail marketing and invitations for events and presentations. This is in collaboration with the Marketing & Social Media Publisher;
• Deciding what is worth publishing and quickly streamlining and sharing information;
• Regularly coordinate and share content of students or alumni projects for internal and external platforms;

• Five years of relevant experience and a great set of skills in organising, time-, project- and budget management; incl. working methods in planning and services;
• Fluency in both English and Dutch with excellent writing skills in both languages;
• The ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, both collaboratively and ad hoc, to develop creative solutions and manage expectations;
• Skilled in delivering clear briefings and persuasive communication to foster cooperation, with a strong sense of when to delegate or assign tasks to team members or freelancers for optimal results;
• Theoretical knowledge in the field of communications at HBO level, e.g. Communications, Marketing, CMD, Commercial Economics;
• Insight into the characteristics of the (inter) national target groups, including students and the creative sector, as well as the ins and outs of content creation for mailing applications, online media planning tools, publishing on social media and websites;
• You have the right papers to work in the Netherlands and can provide a valid VOG statement which we will apply for you;

• A contract for 28 up to 32 hours per week untill end of 2026;
• A salary between € 3.502,78 and € 5.154,76 gross per month based on 36 hours, scale 9 and depending on experience;
• Reimbursement of your public transport costs or a kilometre allowance of €0,23 per kilometre;
• A workplace in the centre of Eindhoven. Within walking distance of the central station and a parking space next door;
• A vacation allowance of 8% and a year-end bonus of 8.3% and other conditions in accordance with CAO-HBO;
