Colliers International Deutschland Holding GmbH in Eindhoven zoekt een enthousiaste Valuations Analyst. In deze rol maak je deel uit van een team dat hoogwaardige taxatierapportages opstelt voor vastgoed. Je beoordeelt vastgoed, werkt rekenmodellen uit en onderhoudt contacten met opdrachtgevers.
Je hebt minimaal een hbo-opleiding in Vastgoed, Finance of Bouwkunde, goede kennis van Excel, en spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels. Deze functie biedt aantrekkelijke arbeidsvoorwaarden zoals 28 vakantiedagen en een premievrij pensioen.
