As a Style Advisor at MR MARVIS, you help customers find their perfect (out) fit. With your eye for detail and personal approach, you offer tailored styling advice while creating a warm, inspiring atmosphere that makes every visitor feel welcome and well taken care of. We are looking for someone to help out in our Eindhoven store during the weekends
.

• Creating a great first impression by welcoming customers, engaging with them, informing them about our brand and store concept, and inspiring them to explore our collection;
• Advising customers on products, quality, heritage and size selection. You are knowledgeable and exude confidence;
• Providing expert advice with confidence and pride. This includes finding the right sizes for customers, and offering inspiring styling tips as a complimentary service.
• Going the extra mile to elevate the customer’s shopping experience — whether that’s pinning long trousers for tailoring or offering a coffee or refreshment.
• Ensuring the store always looks its best – inside and out.

• Enthusiastic, energetic and commercially minded, as well as patient, flexible, and presentable?
• A good communicator who can genuinely listen to the customer?
• Customer oriented?
• Passionate about styling and not afraid to offer alternative products?
• Interested in Fashion and Retail and enthusiastic about MR MARVIS (experience in a service-oriented industry such as hospitality or retail is a plus)?
• Fluent in both Dutch and English?

• Salary: €17.74 – €19.78 gross per hour (age 21+), depending on years of relevant experience, in accordance with CAO Retail Non-Food. Includes 8% holiday allowance and 25 vacation days on a full-time basis (40h/week).
