We are an SME with our HQ based in Sweden and ambitious global plans. PCB Connect has become one of the leading suppliers of printed circuit boards since its establishment in Stockholm in 2004. We adapt to changing needs, and find and present solutions, not limitations. Your needs - our solution. PCB Connect is organized as a corporate group, PCB Connect Holding AB and 13 other companies spread over 18 different countries, employing around 130 people with a turnover above 50m USD.

• Order Management:
  Register customer sales orders and supplier purchase orders with precision.
• Customer & Supplier Interaction:
  Handle order confirmations and maintain proactive/reactive communication.
• Negotiation:
  Engage in basic negotiations on price and lead-time to ensure the best outcomes.
• Quotations:
  Prepare accurate and timely quotations to meet customer needs.

• Calm Communicator:
  You handle every interaction with poise and clarity.
• Detail-Oriented:
  Your keen eye for detail ensures data accuracy.
• Proactive Mindset:
  You’re always a step ahead, finding ways to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Team Player:
  You feel at home in a small, close-knit team within a dynamic global company.

• German:
  Fluent (not native, but fluency is essential). The language of the customers.
• English:
  Proficient.
• Dutch: A strong plus.
• Chinese & Dutch:
  The dream combination!

• ERP Systems:
  Proficient with systems like Microsoft Dynamics or SAP.
• CRM Systems:
  Comfortable using CRM tools.
• Office Software:
  Skilled in using Outlook, Teams, and other general office software.

• Electronics Knowledge:
  Experience in the electronics industry is a big plus.

• Location:
  
  Work from either our NL or DE office – the choice is yours! Eindhoven or Göppingen
• Full time (40hrs/wk).
