So, now we are looking for aSaaS sales professional who is great at spotting new opportunities and can win new business, manage the full lead-to-close SaaS sales cycle, and build long-term partnerships to join our Customer Success team.
The roleThis is a full-cycle SaaS sales role, positioned within Customer Success.
As a Key Account Manager in CS, you own full-cycle SaaS sales forkey and enterprise customers, including complex, multi-stakeholder opportunities. While Sales colleagues collaborate on strategic accounts,Customer Success owns SaaS revenue, and you are accountable for acquiring, expanding, andretainingkey SaaS customers.
After closing, onboarding and adoption are handled by a dedicated implementation team, while youremaincommercially engaged for growth and expansion.
Whatyou’lldoStrategic SaaS sales ownership
- Lead full-cycle SaaS sales for key and enterprise customers
- Manage complex sales processes with multiple stakeholders
- Run discovery and tailored demos
- Develop value-based proposals and close strategic
Saa Sdeals - Consistently meet or exceed commercial targets
Account growth & expansion
- Ownacquisition and commercial growth of key accounts
- Identify and close upsell and expansion opportunities
- Act as a trusted commercial advisor for customers
Collaboration & influence
- Collaborate with Sales on strategic opportunities and joint customer meetings
- Coordinate internal teams to support complex deals
- Feed customer and market insights into Product and Go-to-Market strategy
Commercial governance
- Maintainaccurateforecasting, pipeline, and CRM data
- Contribute to SaaS sales strategy and process improvement
You’reaself-driven
Key Account Manager who thrives in a new business / full-cycle (SaaS) sales role and is passionate about building relationships that deliver measurable results.
You enjoy solving problems with smart tech. You excel at building trust with decision-makers and thrive on closing deals that deliver real value to customers.
You will thrive in this role if you:
- Have at least 3 years of experience in B2B and/or SaaS sales or Key Account Management.
- Have a strong track recordin full-cycle(prospecting, discovery, demo, negotiation, close) and key SaaS sales.
- Are comfortable leading complex negotiations and closing high-value deals.
- Are fluent in Dutch and English (additional
European languages are a plus). - Are commercially sharp, structured, and confident with senior stakeholders.
- Cantranslate complex software into clear business value.
- Have experience using
CRM tools such as Hub Spot. - Bonus: experience in logistics, transport, or supply chain.
