You will report to the Regional Sales Director and take full ownership of your territory across the Benelux (Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg).
Your Responsibilities
As Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market share within the prosthetics segment across your territory. In close collaboration with the Regional Sales Director, you will develop and execute effective sales strategies, identify growth opportunities, and ensure strong market penetration.
On a daily basis, you will build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including prosthetists, rehabilitation centers, hospitals, and distributors. You will act as a trusted partner, strengthening brand positioning and supporting customers with innovative solutions.
Your responsibilities include:
Execute sales strategies in line with overall business objectives
Build and maintain strong relationships with prosthetists, clinics, rehabilitation centers, and distribution partners
Provide product demonstrations, training, and clinical support to healthcare professionals
Effectively manage your territory to maximize customer engagement (face-to-face and virtual)
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance, adjusting strategies accordingly
Identify and develop new business opportunities and high-potential accounts
Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to support campaigns and product launches
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales performance in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
Your Profile
We are looking for an ambitious and entrepreneurial sales professional who thrives on building relationships and delivering results. While experience in prosthetics or medical devices is highly valued, your drive to learn, adapt, and succeed is equally important.
You are a team player who contributes to collective success while taking full ownership of your individual performance.
Proven track record in medical device sales, preferably within prosthetics, orthopaedics, or rehabilitation
Strong understanding of sales processes, customer needs, and market dynamics
Affinity with prosthetic solutions and their clinical applications is a strong advantage
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently within a defined territory
Willingness to travel frequently within the Benelux region
Fluency in English is required;
Dutch and/or French are strong advantages
Valid driving license
