Digital Commerce Manager

Our European Advantech-Online team combines ecommerce, inbound and outbound inside sales. The e-commerce business development of the region, but also nurturing potential Key Accounts is in safe hands with these colleagues. Without eSales, we lose close touch with the market. It’s your job to lead and develop this team!

Your team is the main contact window for e-commerce customers and prospects by phone, e-mail, online chat and e-Store. Managing & growing existing accounts is crucial, following up inbound leads pro-actively and closing deals as an inside sales are the main activities. New accounts are being classified by profiling them and, in case of potential key accounts, further developed together with key account managers.

By working together with colleagues from technical support, marketing and field sales, you make sure your customers are being served in the best possible way. We have created an eSales flagship in Warsaw, which develops sales in CEE using e-commerce tactics. As manager of this Central and Eastern European e-commerce team, it’s your main priority to make sure the team works and acts in the best possible way.

You are also involved in sales and coach, train, monitor and support your team to be successful. You cooperate closely with our regional sales manager and digital marketing manager to further develop this region.

In the past years, you’ve led and managed ecommerce sales teams to become best performing team with high growth results. Industrial IoT experience is a pre. Your university degree in international trade & business, marketing or adjacent fields makes you able to think on strategic level. You’re a hands-on manager with a creative mind. We would see you as someone who is not afraid to proceed in front of the troops and take ownership to innovate with new ideas.

You just want to get things done. You thrive on a situation where change is the only stable factor.

Communicating and cooperating on different levels is your strong point. Not only can you motivate your team, but you also find the link between yourself and sales & marketing leaders in our pan-European organization.
