National Account Executive
As a

National Account Executive at UPS Healthcare

, you will build strong customer relationships and develop tailored solutions for companies operating within the complex healthcare supply chain. As a National Account Executive, you will serve as the

primary point of contact for your customers

. You will develop an in-depth understanding of their organizations, strategies, and business challenges, translating UPS Healthcare’s broad portfolio of services into solutions tailored to their specific needs.
You will guide customers through our extensive portfolio, including

Small Package, Freight Forwarding, Warehousing & Distribution, and Cold Chain Ground

. You will also closely monitor your customers’ strategies, financial performance, product launches, and sales pipelines. You will manage key accounts, track revenue targets, and participate in joint customer meetings to present UPS products and services.
Through compelling and effective presentations, you will identify new commercial opportunities and demonstrate the value and capabilities offered by UPS Healthcare. Using

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) , you will analyze performance and identify opportunities to further improve our services.
A bachelor’s degree, for example in

Logistics & Supply Chain, Healthcare, or Business Economics

, is preferred but not required.
At least 2 years of experience in complex sales

, preferably within the pharmaceutical, Med Tech, or laboratory sectors.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
