Stichting Prisma in Eindhoven zoekt een enthousiaste begeleider in de gehandicaptenzorg. Je biedt de benodigde zorg en ondersteuning aan bewoners in hun eigen appartementen, terwijl je ook intensief contact onderhoudt met hun ouders.
Het contract is voor 1 jaar met de intentie tot verlenging en biedt een salaris tussen €2.337 en €3.902 bruto per maand. Wij bieden daarnaast ruimte voor scholing, een eindejaarsuitkering en korting op sportabonnementen.
