Combinatie Jeugdzorg in Eindhoven zoekt een ouderbegeleider die ouders ondersteunt bij complexe echtscheidingen. Je fungeert als casusregisseur en bent verantwoordelijk voor de procesbewaking, het opstellen van hulpverleningsplannen en het herstellen van contact tussen kinderen en ouders.
Met een hbo-diploma en relevante ervaring ben je stressbestendig en communiceer je transparant. Het team biedt ruimte voor ontwikkeling en flexibiliteit in werktijden.
