Zorgfabriek in Eindhoven zoekt een woonbegeleider voor een woongroep nabij het centrum. Twaalf jongeren (12–18 jaar) hebben ieder eigen achtergrond; jouw rol is warmte, structuur en duidelijke begeleiding te bieden en vertrouwen op te bouwen.
Je werkt samen met collega’s, trajectcoördinator en gedragsdeskundige aan begeleidingsplannen en draagt bij aan de zelfstandigheidsontwikkelng van de jongeren. Rooster varieert met vroege/late diensten en slaapdiensten.
