Stichting Prisma in de regio Eindhoven zoekt een betrokken begeleider voor 24–28 uur per week bij wooninitiatief Het Kaar in Hapert. Je begeleidt 11 bewoners met licht tot matig verstandelijke beperkingen in hun eigen appartementen en in gezamenlijke ruimtes.
Je mbo-3 Zorg en Welzijn-diploma, inlevingsvermogen en flexibiliteit zijn vereist. Je werkt in vroege, late en weekenddiensten en slaapt ’s nachts in je eigen bed.
