Combinatie Jeugdzorg zoekt een jeugdzorgwerker voor het Multidisciplinaire Kinderdagbehandeling (MKD). Je werkt in een flexpool op verschillende locaties zoals Eindhoven, Helmond, Veldhoven en Valkenswaard en draait mee met het dagelijkse programma voor kinderen van 2 tot 7 jaar.
Je biedt gezinsgerichte begeleiding, onderhoudt ouderschapscontacten en werkt samen met therapeuten en jeugdzorgwerkers. Een flexibele houding, zelfstandigheid en teamwerk zijn essentieel voor succes.
