ServiceNow SecOps Consultant

As a Service Now Sec Ops Consultant, you will:

• Design, develop, and implement Service Now applications and integrations tailored to customer requirements.
• Configure and develop Service Now Sec Ops modules, including Security Incident Response (SIR) and Vulnerability Response (VR).
• Develop and customize workflows, scripts, and platform features to enhance and automate business processes.
• Translate business requirements into high-level architectural solutions and technical designs.
• Build scalable and maintainable solutions using Service Now platform capabilities.
• Ensure seamless integration using web services and APIs such as SOAP, REST, WSDL, and XML.
• Contribute to design, development, testing, and deployment of high-quality Service Now solutions.
• Solve complex problems in a dynamic Agile environment while maintaining a strong focus on code quality and reusability.

• 8–10 years of overall IT experience with strong expertise in the Service Now platform.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Service Now application development.
• 3–5 years of hands‑on experience with Service Now Sec Ops modules, including Security Incident Response (SIR) and Vulnerability Response (VR).
• Good understanding of service‑oriented architecture (SOA) and software application architecture.
• Familiarity with data structures, algorithms, object‑oriented design, and design patterns.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Analyze business requirements and transform them into scalable technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain high‑quality, reusable code and scalable applications.
• Work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.
• Lead or support small project teams and guide technical development activities.
• Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability in Service Now implementations.
• Effectively communicate technical solutions to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Manage tasks efficiently in fast‑paced and agile project environments.
