The Department of the Built Environment at TU Eindhoven seeks a Technical Researcher and Knowledge Graph Engineer (0.2 FTE) to translate municipal spatial regulations into a deterministic, neural-symbolic graph engine built on Neo4j.
You will develop Python pipelines to ingest spatial data from Dutch open geodata sources and map variables into the graph ontology, collaborate with spatial analysts, and implement Cypher queries to enforce compliance logic.
