Video Processing SW Engineer

As a video SW expert, you will join our team of video quality and standardization experts, bringing in profound knowledge of video coding, platforms, and processing techniques.

• Implement video processing algorithms for use in HDR TVs, STBs, and mobile devices (mobile phones, AR/VR glasses, etc.).
• Provide test and certification platforms, particularly for HDR and AR/VR.
• Implement video decoding, encoding, and streaming media on several platforms.
• Interact with the commercial team and partners/customers to define and develop tasks and deliverables.
• Make implementations market ready (e.g., as SDKs) and provide documentation for third parties.
• Document deliverables and provide implementation support.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, software engineering or related technical domain.
• At least 5-10 years of experience implementing high‑performance algorithms on various platforms.
• Experience setting up and maintaining test infrastructures.
• Proficiency in scripting languages and C/C++/Python.
• Strong problem‑solving skills; ability to spot and resolve performance/quality issues.
• Knowledge of cloud processing architectures is a plus.

• Team player who takes personal ownership of tasks.
• Hands‑on experience with standardization and contributing to plug‑fests and tech try‑outs.

Office‑based teams work in‑person at least 3 days per week.

The base salary range for this role is €78,187–€130,312. The role is eligible for a 3% bonus linked to KPIs and company results. Full details are provided during the interview process.
