Logistics Operator – Outbound; 2 Shifts

Responsibilities

As an Outbound Logistics Operator
, you will play an essential role in ensuring smooth and efficient logistics processes within a high-tech production environment. You will work in a two-shift system from Monday to Friday: 06:00 – 15:00 and 15:00 – 00:00.

• Load, unload, move, and prepare goods for shipment with high accuracy and care
• Scan materials, check stock levels, and maintain an organized warehouse environment
• Work with ERP systems (SAP) and digital tools for logistics registration and tracking
• Operate EPT (electric pallet truck) and forklift according to safety regulations
• Work independently and as part of a team to ensure uninterrupted outbound logistics flow

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in logistics or logistics production
• Experience in a logistics production environment
• English level B1 minimum (B1/B2 preferred)
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP) is mandatory
• Microsoft Office knowledge
• Valid EPT and forklift certificates with practical experience
• Reliable, independent, flexible, and team-oriented mindset
• Availability to work in shifts
• European Union citizenship (mandatory)

• Gross salary: €15.13 per hour + 18% shift allowance
• Weekly net income: approximately €485 – €500, according to Dutch labor legislation
• Full-time contract with long-term opportunities
