As a Team Lead Logistics, you are responsible for leading and optimizing all logistics operations supporting production. You ensure that inbound and outbound flows run smoothly, safely and according to quality standards, while developing your team and continuously improving processes.
Responsibilities- Leading, coaching and developing the logistics team and shift leaders.
- Ensuring optimal inbound and outbound flows within the service center.
- Safeguarding operational performance, safety and quality standards.
- Identifying, proposing and implementing process improvements.
- Coordinating capacity and personnel planning.
- Managing escalations and collaborating with key stakeholders.
- Driving a culture of ownership, continuous improvement and teamwork.
