Logistics Associate

About the role

• Receiving goods, unloading, and transporting them, if necessary, to the receiving warehouse or cold storage;
• Checking the quantity, quality, and potential damage of delivered goods against the delivery notes;
• Preparing goods for sale, including labeling, securing, and tagging;
• Assisting with price changes and inventories;
• Supervising the sorting of goods and transporting them to various departments;
• Ensuring goods are stored according to instructions and hygiene codes;
• Managing and controlling stock according to guidelines and monitoring inventory movement;
• Supervising the cleaning and organization of the warehouse;
• Supervising the transport of semi-finished and finished products to all company departments and, if applicable, to external customers.

In accordance with our collective labor agreement (CAO), you can expect:

• A gross monthly salary of € 2,323.42 (based on 38 hours per week);
• A salary per hour of € 14,06 from the age of 18;
• Additional pay or time off for working outside regular hours;
• 8% holiday allowance;
• An annual profit‑sharing bonus of 2% to 6%;
• 20% staff discount on most purchases;
• 25 vacation days per year (based on full‑time employment);
