Interim Foreman Inbound

Are you a natural leader who enjoys being hands‑on on the warehouse floor? We are looking for an interim Inbound Team Coordinator to provide operational leadership and day‑to‑day coordination in Eindhoven. In this role, you will lead a team of 7 warehouse employees, ensuring that our inbound operations run safely, efficiently, and according to company procedures while you remain actively involved in the daily warehouse tasks.

• MBO level or equivalent working and thinking level
• Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
• Previous experience leading a small team
• Strong English communication and organizational skills
• Hands‑on mentality with experience in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Forklift or reach truck certification

Your day‑to‑day work as a working foreman Inbound will consist of the following tasks:

  Lead, support, and work alongside ~7 inbound employees while maintaining a safe, positive environment.
• Operational Coordination:
  Prioritize daily workloads, process inbound shipments accurately on time, and act as the first operational contact.
• Performance & Escalation:
  Monitor productivity, quality, and safety, escalating major issues to warehouse management as needed.
• Cross‑Functional & Inventory Support:
  Partner with Outbound, Inventory Control, and Planning to ensure process adherence and inventory accuracy.
