BSZ Stiftung in Einsiedeln sucht eine/n Arbeitsagog
* in in Vollzeit (100%). Sie begleiten Mitarbeitende mit psychischen Beeinträchtigungen im Arbeitsalltag und unterstützen externe Integrationsmassnahmen.
Sie erstellen individuelle Hilfsmittel zur Teilhabe am Arbeitsprozess und zur Qualitätssicherung. Sie fördern die Mitarbeitenden bei der Umsetzung persönlicher Ziele gemäß unserer agogischen Grundhaltung und arbeiten selbstständig in einem sinnstiftenden Umfeld.
